Located within a premium residential area in central Mataram, this project is designed as a modern luxury home that balances elegance with tropical livability. The program accommodates spacious living areas with an emphasis on comfort, natural light, and contemporary aesthetics.
The design features clean geometric forms complemented by warm wood accents, creating a refined contrast between modern minimalism and natural warmth. Vertical elements and layered façade treatments add depth and visual interest to the street-facing elevation.
Material selection reflects a considered approach to its urban tropical context — combining exposed concrete, timber cladding, and glass to achieve a balance between privacy and openness. Recessed balconies with integrated planter boxes bring greenery into the vertical composition.
LED accent lighting highlights the architectural lines at night, transforming the residence into a striking presence within its neighbourhood. Every detail, from the entrance canopy to the perforated screen elements, has been carefully considered.
