We coordinate the practical side of the build: materials, trades, site decisions, and quality checks. When a condition changes on site, the design context is already familiar to the team, so the response can be discussed with the right people instead of passed between offices.

First conversation and site visit

We talk through the land, your needs, the likely budget, and what is still unclear. If the project is ready for a site visit, we look at the conditions that will affect the design and the build.

Concept design

We test the basic arrangement of the building: where it sits, how people move through it, which rooms get the best light, and what the first material direction might be. You can react to the important choices before detail takes over.

Detailed design and drawings

Once the direction is right, we resolve the details: dimensions, structure, services, materials, and the information the construction team needs to price and build the work.

Construction and handover

During construction, we coordinate progress and deal with questions as they arise. At the end, we walk through the completed work together, note anything that needs attention, and hand over a building ready for its next chapter.

Atelier Nusa is based in Mataram and works across Lombok. We stay close to the places where our projects are built, from the first site questions to the practical decisions that follow.

The aim is simple: a building should make sense beyond the render. It should be comfortable to use, possible to maintain, and clear enough for the people building it.
