How much does it cost to build a villa in Lombok?+

Costs vary with size, site and finish level. As a guide, a finished tropical villa typically ranges from around 4 to 10 million IDR per m2 built. We prepare an itemized estimate during design — before you commit to construction.

Can a foreigner own or build a villa in Lombok?+

Direct freehold ownership by foreigners is generally not permitted in Indonesia, but legal options exist — long-term leasehold (Hak Sewa/Hak Pakai structures), PMA company ownership, or building with an Indonesian partner. We work with lawyers and notaries and can advise the common routes.

Do you handle the whole build or just the design?+

Both. Many clients start with design only; most continue with our construction team. Because we design with our own building method in mind, clients get a smoother transition and fewer surprises.

Where in Lombok do you build villas?+

We build across the island: Senggigi, Kuta Mandalika and surroundings, Selong Belanak, the Gili Islands and Mataram. Site visits are included in the design phase.
